Our Executive Chef and Pitmaster, Jimmy Weathersbee , brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to Cork & Batter Roadhouse. He’s worked alongside some of America’s finest, including Guy Fieri and legendary Los Angeles Pitmaster Kevin Bludso, honing his craft at big events like the Super Bowl, Coachella, and Stagecoach. Chef Jimmy is passionate about award-winning, slow-smoked BBQ that fuses family tradition with modern techniques.
We believe in “Texas BBQ Meets The Future,” blending traditional slow-smoking methods with a modern flair. Our state-of-the-art smoker—fondly named Lola—runs 24/7, ensuring every brisket, St. Louis rib, and pulled pork cut achieves melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
