Our Executive Chef and Pitmaster, Jimmy Weathersbee , brings over 25 years of culinary expertise to Cork & Batter Roadhouse. He’s worked alongside some of America’s finest, including Guy Fieri and legendary Los Angeles Pitmaster Kevin Bludso, honing his craft at big events like the Super Bowl, Coachella, and Stagecoach. Chef Jimmy is passionate about award-winning, slow-smoked BBQ that fuses family tradition with modern techniques.

Our state-of-the-art smoker—fondly named Lola—runs 24/7, ensuring every brisket, St. Louis rib, and pulled pork cut achieves melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Chef Jimmy insists on using only the best cuts of meat, selected for marbling and overall quality.
